The Board of Directors of Odin Mining & Exploration Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. John Taylor Martin senior partner of Martin and Associates, Solicitors, as a Director effective 2nd April, 2003. Mr. Martin replaces Mr. Larry Olsen, who resigned as a Director on 21st December 2002.
