Grant of Options to Directors and Officers

The Company announced the issue of options to Directors and Officers on 18th September 2003, at $0.14, with the basic 4 month hold commitment.
In response to some expressed shareholders’ concern at the discount on the options, the Directors and Officers are pleased to announce their unilateral and unanimous agreement to increase the exercise price to the share price of the Company at the last close of trading business of $0.19, and to a hold period of 12 months from 18th September 2003, otherwise all terms and conditions remain as before.
