Grant of Options

The Board of Directors of Odin Mining & Exploration Ltd. is pleased to announce the grant of an additional 200,000 options to a Director, Mr. Colin Patterson at the exercise price of 25 cents per share, the share price of Odin at close of business on March 25th, 2004. His options are subject to a 12 month hold period from the date of grant, open for exercise for 5 years from the date of grant. This is to recognise the increased involvement of Mr. Patterson in company business.
